The weather has been very hot lately! From what I've read on some blogs, it's been hot everywhere, from here in the USA to Europe. I have the Weather Channel on my computer desktop that gives me the temperature for my area. I got it free when I downloaded the upgrade of Realplayer. Anyways, when I was on the computer around 8:30 or 9 pm, the temperature read 100 degrees farenheit! (or 40 degrees celsious) I'm not kidding!
It's dropped down to 84 degrees as I am typing this post at 11:35 pm, even that is a high temp for this time. Still, summer has it's advantages over winter, at least I'm not freezing, and I can go swimming. Going to the beach is nice too. Then there's the disadvantages, in winter at least you can put on more clothes if you're cold, but in summer you can only take off so much without being naked. I've got all the fans and A/C going, and it's still too hot!

That's typically American! You just have to be better and hotter than us brits. We had a record day here yesterday -97 degrees. And still you beat us.! Dagnammit

Britsland recorded 98 degrees Farenheit near Gatwick Airport, which is ridiculous for us.
Tonight we'll really suffer, 'cos the occasional freak shower has suddenly made it VERY humid.
I'm hoping for thunder storms!

I hate the heat with a passion. It's just TOO hot. Record heat here in the UK yesterday, but lovely rain last night! :) I LOVE the rain! :)

We are never happy with the weather. It's either too cold or too hot. At the moment too hot, but knowing England it'll be cold next week!

It's been fiendish here in Rotterdam too, not just for the heat, but for the humidity. I used to live in South Africa where it got much hotter..40 degrees not unusual..but because it waws so dry we didn't really feel it. 35 degrees (abour 94 F) here is harder to handle!
