I just saw this movie today and I thought it was great! The title says it all, that is what the movie is really about. The title may make this movie sound cheesy, but think about this, in a sea of remakes, sequals, and remakes of sequals, this movie is the most original idea that Hollywood has finally come up with! It does have more to it than just snakes on a plane. Here's the plot: An FBI agent escorts a witness on a flight from Hawaii to LA when an assassion releases hundreds of deadly snakes on a commercial airplane in order to eliminate the witness.

Ewwww, snakes! I can't see it because I'm terrified of snakes! I'd much rather have my head chopped off or fall off a cliff than be surrounded by snakes.
I'm not a snake fan either, but i've heard this is a great movie. I may watch it someday; but maybe not in the cinema on a huge screen! :P

Can't wait to see this! I tried to get tix but all sold out here for the weekend. I am going to make Ing go with me. I think it will be good for her to face her fear of flying ...with snakes.

I'm not sure whether Hollywood really did come up with this movie, or rather made the film all the internet sites were scripting ideas for before production started (and without whose interest the film may well not have been made). Got to see it though, even if to just find out what the whole media event has been about.
i will have nightmares now just thinking of it!..

I saw S.L. Jackson on TV today, speaking of the movie. He sais something like: "We wanted the title to let people know exactly what the movie is about. Snakes on a plane."

Whoever's idea it was, it is original. Although the movie was hyped up on the internet which caused a lot of interested people to set up websites and blogs about the movie. It had a big influence on the making of the movie because some scenes were reshot.

My 14 year old, and her friends, want to see this....do YOU think it appropriate???
My daughter, loves horror, and isn't horrified by silly crash humour.....I do trust her.....I don't think she will get any IDEAS from seeing this movie.....
