Usually I don't do posts about food or cooking, but when it's something I try for the first time, it's something I've got to write about. I made crepes for the first time, and it was easy! After watching Good Eats on the Food Network, I got inspired to make crepes myself. It turns out that you don't have to have a crepes pan, all you need is a non-stick teflon pan.I made quite a stack and tonight I'm making them into a dessert.

crepes are my favorite of all time!
my mom used to make them when i was a kid. i would lightly put butter on the inside and generously sprinkle with powderd sugar then roll em up and squeeze one line of blackberry syrup right down the middle and then purr while i was eating em as fast as mom could make em! wow, that was a trip to the past!
i hope you enjoy yours!!!

A friend of mine used to make them by the hundreds (when kids were young) and freeze them.
They tasted good.
I hope to find you well otherwise.
